One library for everything your team publishes
A workspace is a shared library. What you publish into it belongs to the team rather than to you, so it keeps working when somebody leaves.
How it works
- Make one with New workspace, in the switcher at the top of your library.
- Invite people from its settings, under People. They join by opening the email and signing in with that address.
- Give each a role: Admin, Publisher, or Viewer for somebody who only opens and comments, for free.
- Set what new sites start as: who can open them, and whether a version needs approving first.
Worth knowing
A seat is a publisher
Somebody who reads and comments and never publishes is free. You pay for the people who put things out.
When somebody leaves
Removing a person takes away their access and nothing else. What they published stays in the workspace, at the same links.
Only your company's addresses
An admin can list the domains a workspace admits, and then only addresses at those domains can be invited or join.
Which plans have it
Read from the same plan data as the pricing page. Compare every plan.

Try it with your own file
No account needed. Paste it or drop it, and the link is yours to keep once you claim it.
Or publish it from the chat
Add Solta to Claude or ChatGPT once, then ask in any conversation to publish what it built. The link comes back in the chat.
