Nothing goes live until somebody approves it
Turn on approval for a site and publishing becomes a request. One person sends a version for review, somebody else approves it, and only then does the link serve it.
How it works
- Turn on approval for the site, or for every new site in a workspace.
- Invite an approver by email. Approvers are free and are not counted as publishers.
- Send a version for review, in Solta or by asking Claude or ChatGPT through the connector.
- The approver approves it and it goes live at the same link. The version history records who approved it and when.
Worth knowing
Until then, nothing changes
The link keeps serving the version people already have while a new one waits for approval.
Who signs in
An approver signs in with the invited address to approve. The people who only view or comment do not need to.
Which plans have it
Read from the same plan data as the pricing page. Compare every plan.
| Feature | Free | Pro | Team |
|---|---|---|---|
| Approval before publishing | Not included | Per site | Per site, or for the whole workspace |
| Viewers, commenters and approvers | Free, unlimited | Free, unlimited | Free, unlimited |

Who uses it
More in working together
Try it with your own file
No account needed. Paste it or drop it, and the link is yours to keep once you claim it.
Or publish it from the chat
Add Solta to Claude or ChatGPT once, then ask in any conversation to publish what it built. The link comes back in the chat.
