What it is
A launch plan for a made-up software release, in five sections: product, marketing, sales and support, legal and finance, and launch day. Each item has an owner, a due date shown as days before or after launch, a priority and a box to tick. A countdown runs to 9:00 on launch day, the overview shows what is done, due this week and overdue, and you can filter by owner or status, or search. Items can be added, edited and deleted. On the first visit launch day is three weeks away, so the sample always looks current; after that the list is saved in the browser as you go, and it copies or downloads as a Markdown file.
Who it's for
Product managers, founders and marketing leads running a launch with a handful of people, who want one list everybody can read.
What you can change
You ask in plain words. These are the kind of changes people ask their AI for:
- “Replace the people with my team: Ana in product, Joe in marketing and Li in support.”
- “Add a Partnerships section between Sales and Legal.”
- “Set launch day to a fixed date, March 3, instead of three weeks after the first visit.”
- “Rewrite the items for a book launch instead of a software release.”
How to make it yours
- Remix it. A copy lands in your library as a site of your own, at its own link. If you have no account yet, you are asked to make one, and the copy is made when you come back.
- Change it in Claude or ChatGPT. Add the Solta connector once, then ask for the change in plain words, for example: “In my Launch checklist, set launch day to March 3 and replace the people with my team.” It reads the site's code, makes the change and saves it as a draft. The link keeps showing the old version until you publish.
- Publish. Ask it to publish, or publish from the site in your library. The new version goes live at the same link, so nobody needs a new one.
Questions
Does the whole team share one checklist?
Not as it comes. Ticks and edits are saved in the browser of whoever makes them, so each person sees their own copy. To share progress, copy the Markdown into a message, or keep the items in the page itself and publish a new version when they change.
Can I change the launch date?
Not from the page. Launch day is set three weeks after the first visit and every due date counts back from it. Ask your AI to set a fixed date and the due dates move with it.
