Portfolio website template

What it is
A portfolio for a made-up product and brand designer. It opens with who she is and when she is free to take work, then six projects you can filter by product, brand or editorial. Each project opens a case study over the page, with the brief, her part, what she did and the results, and has its own link, so you can send someone straight to one; arrows step to the next and Escape closes it. Below sit an about section with experience and services, two quotes from clients, and a contact block with the email address and a button that copies it. The work is drawn in the page, so nothing has to load, and the page keeps nothing and sends nothing.
Who it's for
Designers, illustrators, developers, writers and other freelancers who want a portfolio they own at a link, without a site builder subscription.
What you can change
You ask in plain words. These are the kind of changes people ask their AI for:
- “Make it mine: my name, my intro and these four projects with their briefs and results.”
- “Replace the drawn work with these screenshots and photos.”
- “Change the filters to illustration, animation and print.”
- “Add a contact form that asks for the budget and the start date.”
- “Use a dark theme with a serif for the headings.”
How to make it yours
- Remix it. A copy lands in your library as a site of your own, at its own link. If you have no account yet, you are asked to make one, and the copy is made when you come back.
- Change it in Claude or ChatGPT. Add the Solta connector once, then ask for the change in plain words, for example: “Make my Portfolio website mine: my name, my intro and these four projects with their results.” It reads the site's code, makes the change and saves it as a draft. The link keeps showing the old version until you publish.
- Publish. Ask it to publish, or publish from the site in your library. The new version goes live at the same link, so nobody needs a new one.
Questions
Can I link to one project?
Yes. Each case study has its own address, the page's link with #work/ and the project's name after it, and opening that link opens the case study.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Team. Connect a domain you own to the site and the portfolio answers there; see Your own domain.
