Real estate flyer template

What it is
A listing page for a made-up four-bedroom house and its agent. It opens with the address, the price and a gallery you step through, then the key facts, the story of the house and what comes with it. The open house is this coming weekend, worked out from today. A payment estimate takes a down payment, a rate and a 15- or 30-year term and splits the monthly cost into the loan, taxes and insurance. Buyers can call or email the agent, or ask for a showing: name, email, when they would like to come and a question. Print turns the page into a one-page US Letter flyer for the open house table. The rooms are drawn in the page, so nothing has to load.
Who it's for
Real estate agents and people selling their own home who want a page for one listing to share by text and on social media, and a flyer for the open house from the same place.
What you can change
You ask in plain words. These are the kind of changes people ask their AI for:
- “Put in my listing: 12 Harbor Street, $485,000, three bedrooms, two baths, with these notes.”
- “Replace the drawn rooms with these eight photos, in this order.”
- “Change the open house to Sunday 1 to 4 pm only.”
- “Use my brokerage's colors and logo, and my photo and licence number.”
- “Take out the payment estimate; it's a rental, so show the monthly rent and the deposit instead.”
How to make it yours
- Remix it. A copy lands in your library as a site of your own, at its own link. If you have no account yet, you are asked to make one, and the copy is made when you come back.
- Change it in Claude or ChatGPT. Add the Solta connector once, then ask for the change in plain words, for example: “In my Real estate flyer, put in my listing at 12 Harbor Street, $485,000, with these photos and notes.” It reads the site's code, makes the change and saves it as a draft. The link keeps showing the old version until you publish.
- Publish. Ask it to publish, or publish from the site in your library. The new version goes live at the same link, so nobody needs a new one.
- Turn the form on. This template posts the listing, the buyer's name, email and phone, when they would like to see it and their question to
/_solta/forms/showing-request. In the site's Site settings → Forms, switch that form on; until you do, nothing is kept. Collecting answers is on every plan (how forms work).
Questions
Where do showing requests go?
The page posts each one to /_solta/forms/showing-request, at its own address. Turn that form on in Site settings → Forms and every request lands in the Answers tab, and in your inbox if you ask for that. Until you do, the page tells the buyer it was not sent and gives them your phone and email. Collecting answers is on every plan.
Does it print on one page?
Yes. Print gives a US Letter flyer: the main picture and four small ones, the price and facts, the story and features, the open house and your contact details. The gallery buttons, the payment estimate and the form are left off paper.
Is the monthly payment accurate?
It is an estimate: a standard fixed-rate loan payment plus last year's taxes and a typical insurance figure, with mortgage insurance under 20% down. The page says so and tells buyers to ask a lender.
