Change a site without changing what people already see
Every update is a new version, saved as a draft. The link you sent keeps serving what people already have until you publish the new one, and every version you publish keeps an address of its own.
How it works
- Update a site: paste a new file, or ask Claude or ChatGPT to change it through the connector.
- The new version is saved as a draft. The link, and every embed, keep serving the version that is live.
- Publish it when it is ready. It goes live at the same link.
- To go back, put an older version live. The current one is archived in its place, not deleted.
Worth knowing
Each published version has a permanent address
A published version stays at /v/ and its number, under the site's own address, after a newer one goes live. A draft has no such address, so nobody can guess their way to work you have not published.
Renaming does not move the link
The title and the address are separate. If you do change the address, the old one redirects permanently and is never given to anybody else.
How many are kept
That depends on the plan, as below. The live version is never dropped, whatever its age: the link has to keep working.
Which plans have it
Read from the same plan data as the pricing page. Compare every plan.
| Feature | Free | Pro | Team |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drafts, and one link that does not move | Included | Included | Included |
| Version history | The last 5 | Every version | Every version |
In the docs
Who uses it
More in publishing
Try it with your own file
No account needed. Paste it or drop it, and the link is yours to keep once you claim it.
Or publish it from the chat
Add Solta to Claude or ChatGPT once, then ask in any conversation to publish what it built. The link comes back in the chat.
