What it is

A Net Promoter Score dashboard for a made-up team app, built on about 500 sample responses over twelve months that end today. A gauge shows the score with its promoters, passives and detractors, a chart shows the score month by month with how many people answered, and another shows how the 0 to 10 scores spread. Below come the themes promoters and detractors mention, and the comments themselves, which you can search and sort. Plan, region, customer tenure and the period (3, 6 or 12 months) re-cut every number; the filters are remembered in the browser, and the filtered responses download as a CSV file or copy as a summary.

Who it's for

Customer success and product teams who run NPS surveys and want to share the results as a page anyone can open, rather than a slide.

What you can change

You ask in plain words. These are the kind of changes people ask their AI for:

  • “Replace the sample responses with the ones in this CSV export from our survey.”
  • “Change the plans to Starter, Pro and Enterprise and the regions to UK, EU and US.”
  • “Add a filter for the respondent's role.”
  • “Change the themes to delivery, price, quality and support.”

How to make it yours

  1. Remix it. A copy lands in your library as a site of your own, at its own link. If you have no account yet, you are asked to make one, and the copy is made when you come back.
  2. Change it in Claude or ChatGPT. Add the Solta connector once, then ask for the change in plain words, for example: “Replace the sample responses in my NPS dashboard with the ones in this CSV.” It reads the site's code, makes the change and saves it as a draft. The link keeps showing the old version until you publish.
  3. Publish. Ask it to publish, or publish from the site in your library. The new version goes live at the same link, so nobody needs a new one.

Questions

Does it connect to my survey software?

No. The sample responses are generated in the page from a fixed seed. To show your own, give your AI an export of your responses, ask it to put them in place of the sample, and publish; do the same when new ones come in.

Who can see the comments?

Whoever can open the link. Unlisted keeps it out of search on every plan; a password is on every plan, and inviting people by email is on Pro and Team.

Or start from what you already have

Paste the file your AI made, or publish it from the chat, and get a link of its own.
