SaaS revenue dashboard template

What it is
A revenue dashboard for a made-up scheduling app sold on three plans, with 24 months of sample data that end this month. It leads with monthly recurring revenue and net retention, then MRR over time by plan, the revenue mix, each month's movements (new, expansion, contraction and churn) and a bridge from opening to closing MRR. A table lists the top accounts, with a search, and sorts by any column. The time range (3, 6 or 12 months, year to date, or all) re-cuts every number and is remembered in the browser along with the chart view, and the data downloads as a CSV file or copies as a summary.
Who it's for
Founders and finance leads at subscription businesses who send investors or their team a monthly revenue update.
What you can change
You ask in plain words. These are the kind of changes people ask their AI for:
- “Replace the sample data with our MRR by month from this spreadsheet.”
- “Rename the plans to Basic, Team and Enterprise.”
- “Add cards for annual recurring revenue and customer count next to MRR.”
- “Show every amount in euros.”
How to make it yours
- Remix it. A copy lands in your library as a site of your own, at its own link. If you have no account yet, you are asked to make one, and the copy is made when you come back.
- Change it in Claude or ChatGPT. Add the Solta connector once, then ask for the change in plain words, for example: “Replace the sample data in my Revenue dashboard with our MRR by month from this spreadsheet.” It reads the site's code, makes the change and saves it as a draft. The link keeps showing the old version until you publish.
- Publish. Ask it to publish, or publish from the site in your library. The new version goes live at the same link, so nobody needs a new one.
Questions
Does it connect to Stripe or my billing system?
No. It reads nothing from outside the page; the sample numbers are generated in it. Give your AI your monthly figures, ask it to replace the sample, and publish a new version each month at the same link.
Can investors open it without an account?
Yes, anyone with the link can, unless you choose otherwise. Unlisted keeps it out of search on every plan; a password is on every plan, and inviting people by email is on Pro and Team.
