Send clients what you built in Claude or ChatGPT, at a link they can open
A proposal, a quote or a weekly status report built in a chat stops working the moment it becomes a screenshot. Publish it as a site instead: the client opens a link in any browser, without a Claude account, and the numbers still move.
An unlisted link, a password, or only the clients you name
Unlisted is on every plan: anyone with the link can open it, search engines are asked not to index it, and it stays off your profile. It is not a secret, so anyone you send it to can send it on.
For work that should go no further, Password asks before anything loads, on every plan (one site at a time until you pay); send the link and the password separately. Invited, on Pro and Team, lets in only the addresses you add, and each person verifies by email once, with no account and no password to remember.

Nothing changes for the client until somebody approves it
On every plan, an update is saved as a draft, and the link keeps serving the version the client already has until you publish the new one. Every published version keeps a permanent address of its own.
Turn on approval for a site, on Pro and Team, and publishing becomes a request: one person sends a version for review, somebody else approves and publishes it, and the version history records who approved it and when. You can invite an approver by email. Approvers are free and are not counted as publishers; they sign in with the invited address to approve.

Feedback pinned to the page, not lost in an email thread
Comments are pinned to a place on the site and stay with the version they were about, so a draft can be talked through before it goes live. On a public or unlisted site anyone can leave one with an email address; behind Invited, the people you invited as commenters can. Commenting is on every plan, and people who only view or comment are never counted as publishers.
With the connector added to Claude or ChatGPT, you can ask in the chat whether anyone has commented, and reply from there.

Links that stop opening when the engagement ends
On every plan, choose a date in Who can open this and the site stops opening after it. Its address then says the link has expired, and a visitor who still needs it can ask you for it again; you get an email with their address and note.
Nothing is deleted. You and the people who edit it still open it in Solta, and moving the date, or setting it to never, opens the same link again.

Your agency's name on the address
Serve a site from an address you own, such as proposals.youragency.com, on Pro and Team; Team has no limit on how many. You add two DNS records and Solta checks for them and issues the certificate. The site's solta.site link keeps working beside it.
On Free, a small Solta badge sits in the corner of the site; on Pro and Team there is none.

Templates to start from
Solta's own templates, to open, remix and make yours.
- Client proposal templateThree priced options with add-ons, a timeline that follows the choice, and a sign-off on screen.
- Quote builder templateLine items, discounts, VAT and totals, saved in the browser, printing as a clean A4 page.
- Status report templateOverall status, budget and schedule, milestones, risks and the decisions you need from the client.
A weekly status report, approved before the client sees it
This uses Invited, expiry and approval, so it needs Pro and Team.
- Ask Claude for this week's status report and say “publish this to Solta”. With the connector added, the link comes back in the chat.
- In Who can open this, choose Invited and add the client's two addresses. Set the link to expire the week after the project ends.
- Turn on approval for the site and invite your account lead as its approver.
- Next week, ask Claude to update the figures. The change is saved as a draft, and the client still sees last week's report.
- Send the draft for review. The account lead approves it and it goes live at the same link.
- The client comments on the budget line. Ask Claude to read the comments and reply to the client there.
Questions people ask
Does my client need a Claude or Solta account?
No. A public, unlisted or password-protected site opens in any browser. An invited client verifies their address by email once, with no password. Only somebody approving a version signs in.
What does the client pay?
Nothing. Viewers, commenters and approvers are free on every plan. Only the people who publish are counted.
Can the site go on the client's own website?
Yes, as an embed, if the site is public or unlisted; a site behind a password or invitations cannot be embedded. Choosing which domains may embed it comes with Pro and Team. The Client proposal template's sign-off is collected through a form, and collecting answers comes with every plan.
Try it with your own file
No account needed. Paste it or drop it, and the link is yours to keep once you claim it.
Or publish it from the chat
Add Solta to Claude or ChatGPT once, then ask in any conversation to publish what it built. The link comes back in the chat.
