Publish from your AI, app by app
One section per place your work starts, with the connector or without it. Each ends the same way: a site with its own link, in your library. For the connector itself, start at Publish from Claude and ChatGPT.
Claude
The quickest way is the connector, added once: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector in Claude, with this address.
https://mcp.solta.now/mcpClaude sends you to Solta to sign in and press Allow. From then on, in any conversation, “publish this to Solta” publishes what Claude made there and answers with the link; “update it” adds a new version to the same site. The connector reference lists everything it can do.
Without the connector, copy the code from the panel beside the chat and paste it at /new. That works for anything Claude can show you as code — a React component or a whole HTML page.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT takes the same connector through Developer mode: in Settings, under Apps & Connectors → Advanced, turn it on, then create a connector with the address above. Which ChatGPT plans allow it is OpenAI's to decide, and can change.
Or copy the code from the canvas or the reply and paste it at /new. A ChatGPT share link is not a reliable way in: those pages are built to be read in a browser, and when one cannot be read the box says so and suggests these two instead. Publish a ChatGPT canvas as a link.
Claude Code
Add the server from a terminal, then sign in from inside Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http solta https://mcp.solta.now/mcpRun /mcp, choose solta, and finish signing in in the browser. Then ask for what you want — “publish index.html to Solta”, or “update the pricing page on Solta with this file”.
The connector publishes one file at a time. For a built folder, have it call the API's folder endpoint with a key, or drop the folder at /new.
Cursor and other editors
Any editor or agent that can add a remote MCP server by its address works the same way. In Cursor, add it to mcp.json (Settings → MCP, or ~/.cursor/mcp.json for every project):
{
"mcpServers": {
"solta": {
"url": "https://mcp.solta.now/mcp"
}
}
}The editor opens Solta in the browser to sign in. There is no key to paste for any of these. If a client cannot do that sign-in, give it an API key instead — see without a connector.
Pasting code
The box at /new takes a React component (.jsx or .tsx) or an HTML page, pasted or dropped as one file of up to 2 MB. React is compiled for you, with Tailwind and the shadcn/ui components it imports; HTML is served as it is. More on a single file.
Folders, zips and PDFs
Drop a folder or a .zip on the same box, or use Upload files. It is served as it is, opening on its index.html, up to 50 MB and 500 files.
A PDF dropped on the box becomes a site of its own, opening in a viewer that renders it page by page, with text you can select and a button to download the original. A PDF always makes a new site rather than a new version of another one.
