Getting help

Three ways to reach us, each for a different kind of trouble — and the troubleshooting pages first, because most answers are faster there.

Contact support

Signed in, Contact support is at the foot of the sidebar in your library, next to Docs and help, on every page. It asks what the message is about —

  • Something isn't working
  • Billing and plans
  • A question
  • An idea
  • Something else

— then for the message, and, if it is about one site, which. A screenshot helps more than a paragraph when something looks wrong: attach one or paste it straight into the dialog (PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB). Screenshots are deleted after 30 days. The answer comes to the address you are signed in with.

Report a problem with one of your sites

When a site of yours does not do what it should, open it in Solta, then More → Report a problem — it is also in the menu on the site's card in your library. Say what is wrong in a sentence; the version you are looking at and your browser are sent with it, so you do not need to work them out. It goes straight to the people who build Solta.

This is only offered to people who can change the site, because the fix may be in the site itself, and only they can make it.

Report somebody else's site

A site that is a scam, takes somebody's work, or should not be up for another reason is reported with More → Report this site in Solta, or, on a Free site, with the report link beside the Solta mark in its corner. You do not need an account. Choose what is wrong, add anything that helps, and leave an email if you want to hear the outcome.
